The secret of our selected products is in the elaboration and in the meticulous choice of ingredients. In Spain alone there are more than 100 varieties of almonds, but we only choose Spanish varieties such as the marcona, which is born in the Mediterranean account. It is the highest quality almond because of its flavor, its smooth composition and its high nutritional content.
The same care that we give to the almonds, we demand it to the orange tree honey that with its natural sweetness and floral nuances brings an incomparable softness to the palate. The wild rosemary, harvested in the Levantine mountains, adds an aromatic touch that elevates our nougat to a higher level.
