1.2.- By using or accessing the portal, the condition of User is acquired, and implies that the user acknowledges having read and understood these legal conditions of use and agrees to comply with them in their entirety.

3.-Portal operation.

Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez, S.L. reserves, at any time, the right to modify unilaterally, without previous notification to his users, the contents, the structure the functioning, or the conditions of access to the same one.

Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez, S.L. reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without prior notice, access to this site for maintenance, updating, improvement or repair.

4.- Purchasing System.

The products offered on the Portal, along with their features and prices will appear on screen. Also appear on the screen the shipping costs to the home of the User of the products, which will always be borne by the buyer. The prices shown on the screen are in euros, and include VAT. The total amount of postage will be shown before confirming the order.
Rates are automatically displayed according to the selected zone and may vary depending on the applicable shipping rates. For non-EU countries, the price does not include national taxes or import duties.

Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez, S.L. reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products that are included and offered to users through the Portal, and may at any time introduce new products and publish new offers. Also, Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez, S.L. reserves the right to stop providing access, at any time and without notice, to any of the products offered on the Portal, and reserves the right to cancel orders unilaterally, without any claim by the user.

For the acquisition of the products offered in the Portal, Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez, S.L. will be necessary that the User is older than eighteen (18) years, and must follow the instructions that are shown on screen, and accept the purchase by complying with them, which in turn implies the reading and irrevocable acceptance of all these General Conditions of Contract and Use of the Portal.

The user will navigate through the different sections and select the product or products he/she wishes to purchase by clicking on the "add to cart" link. The selected products are accumulated in what is called "Cart".

At any time, once all the products have been selected and in order to complete the purchase process, the User must click on the "Cart" link and will be redirected to a new screen where the next steps of the purchase will be shown:

Summary of the purchase: You can see a list with a brief description of the product, quantity and price with the possibility of adding or removing from the list, and the amount of the shipping costs, clicking on the "next" link to continue the process.

Registration: The buyer will be asked to register as a User, or to identify himself as a registered User.

NEW USER:

To register as a new User, you must provide the following information: Name, Surname, E-mail, Date of birth, and assign a password to your User account. Also, it will have to mark to have read the Clause of Protection of Data, and to make "click" on the link "Register".

You will be asked to fill in a form to add your address (products will not be delivered to PO Boxes). The following information must be filled in: complete address, zip code, city, country, contact telephone number, and name for this address, and click on the "Next" link.

After this step, the registration process will follow the same as for Registered Users.

The User Name and Password provided to Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez, S.L. by the Users who register are identifying and enabling elements to access and make purchases and are personal and non-transferable. REGISTERED USERS

Delivery and billing address:

The User will indicate the delivery address of the order, and must select whether to "use the same address for billing.

4.4 Once the purchase has been made and in the shortest possible time, an e-mail will be sent to the user as proof of the contracting made. In case of not receiving the above mentioned communication, the client will have to put in touch with Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez, S.L. in the telephone number (0034) 965 61 28 11, or across the e-mail ventas@pablogarrigos.com, for the confirmation of his order.

4.5 The Invoicing Department will send, within 30 days of the purchase, the corresponding invoice to the address selected in the purchase process. The confirmation received by e-mail, will not be valid as an invoice in any case.

5. Method of payment and delivery of orders.

The payment of the price of the purchased goods and the shipping costs, which will appear on the screen, can be made by the following payment methods:

5.1.- Bank Transfer.

You must indicate in the Concept of the same, the order number, contained in the proof of purchase sent by email. In addition, the name and surname of the customer must also be included.

The transfer must be made within three days of placing the order. Otherwise, it will be understood that the purchase is cancelled and the order will be cancelled.

The transfer must be made to the bank account whose owner is Pablo Garrigos Ibañez, S.L., and that will be notified in the purchase receipt sent by e-mail.

The order will not be considered effective until the receipt of the transfer is sent by fax and it is effectively confirmed by our bank that the payment has been made.

Payment must be made in Euros (€) and the buyer shall be responsible for any commissions applied by the banks for payment by this means.

The delivery time of the orders will be increased by the time it takes to receive the confirmation of the payment of the order.

Exchanges and returns of products purchased at http://buyturronpablogarrigos.com must comply with the following requirements:

- The maximum period for requesting a return is 15 (fifteen) calendar days from receipt of the order by the customer.

- To begin the process of exchange or return the customer must send an email to Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez, S.L (info@buypablogarrigos.com) indicating, in the case of return, the reason for the same and a current account code where we can make a transfer in favor of the customer. If the customer requests the exchange of an item for another, you must specify which is the item you want to request the change, and what item you want to receive.

- Any product that the customer wishes to exchange or return must always be made with the original packaging and labeling and intact, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The article to return must be in the same state in which it was received which will be determined by Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez, S.L..

- No exchange or refund will be accepted for personalized items, and in the case of those products that require any modification for their sale.

- No exchange or return of food items that have been unsealed or opened will be accepted, except in case of bad condition of the product or expiration of the same.

- If the order was returned to origin because the transport company could not deliver the merchandise to the addressee, Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez, S.L. will not take charge of the expenses of the reshipment.

-In the case of return will be the customer who will assume all shipping costs arising from the return. To realize the return the client will have to send the product to Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez, S.L., to the direction that is indicated at the end of this point. On having received the package, the good state of the product will be confirmed and the money will be refunded in the case of return in the term of the following 15 (fifteen) working days to his receipt. The money of the return will be paid to the customer by bank transfer to your account number.

In the case of change the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to change to the address of Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez, S.L. and the subsequent shipment of the change.

The communications of Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez, S.L. to the User will be made according to the data provided by the User when registering in the Portal.

9.- Applicable legislation.

This contract shall be governed by Spanish law, which shall be applicable in all matters not provided for in this contract regarding interpretation, validity and performance.

The parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit the decision of the matter raised to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if any other.
